Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Developer at Flex Chennai, you will:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, and Supplier Relationship Management systems.
- Configure solutions for complex requirements and coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones.
- Support colleagues during implementation with design feedback and configuration reviews.
- Develop and execute deployment plans to ensure successful production rollout.
- Be the functional and technical expert for Ivalua solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams and Ivalua product teams to enrich solution roadmaps.
- Mentor and support junior developers and solution team members.
- Design and implement complex integrations (EAI, API, cXML, ETL).
- Develop SQL queries and BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation for software customizations.
- Participate in project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and refine solutions.
- Transform Proof of Concept (POC) into production-ready solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Ivalua implementation experience (functional + technical).
- Strong knowledge of SRM, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain systems.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS/cloud-based applications.
- Technical expertise in SQL, database management, workflows, EAI, API, ETL, and cXML.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into scalable IT solutions.
