Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in eGovernance Project Management, you will:
- Conduct business analysis to translate functional requirements into system specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IT solutions for public sector projects
- Provide expert guidance on functional workflows, system integration, and process optimization
- Lead preparation of project documentation, including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and user manuals
- Ensure compliance with government standards, policies, and cybersecurity guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA with 6–10 years of experience in project management or consulting
- Proven expertise in eGovernance, digital transformation, and IT project delivery
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
