Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Deliver superior, consistent project management for assigned retirement clients.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project plans and budgets with multiple workflow streams.
- Serve as day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress against objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Act as primary contact for stakeholders regarding service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain up-to-date training materials.
People Management & Development:
- Provide daily guidance and direction to team members.
- Set objectives, conduct regular appraisals, and develop leadership qualities within the team.
- Manage workforce efficiently through business cycle fluctuations.
- Promote team growth and talent development while managing attrition and absenteeism.
Leadership & Client Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Drive excellence, ensure accountability, and foster a culture of high performance.
- Efficiently manage stakeholders and team performance.
Required Skills

Qualifications & Eligibility
