Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation in AI-powered product development and technology solution delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define requirements and build scalable solutions.
- Oversee proof-of-concept (POC) and minimum viable product (MVP) development, ensuring production readiness.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and related development tools.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and enterprise solution architecture.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative mindset.
- Knowledge of deep learning, AI frameworks, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 5–15 years of experience in solution delivery, product development, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
