Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned.
- Ensure all projects meet firm-wide Risk, Control, and Governance standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal teams to align projects with business strategy.
- Manage communications with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Build a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and innovation within project teams.
Analytics & Process Improvement
- Use data analytics and digital platforms to plan, track, and evaluate project performance.
- Identify risks, evaluate scenarios, and implement solutions that impact departmental outcomes.
- Apply automation and AI to enhance workflows, increase efficiency, and improve decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of proven experience in project/program management.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analytics tools.
- Experience managing diverse teams with effective delegation and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and conflict management abilities.
- Ability to align operations with organizational vision and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions and automation.
- Ability to foster innovation and encourage adoption of new technologies.
- Experience in financial services project management.
