Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends, gaps, and performance patterns across deals and proposals.
- Extract, clean, and interpret data using Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel to support sales strategy and bid management.
- Track key sales metrics such as meeting volume, deal turnaround time, win/loss ratios, and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for real-time sales performance insights.
- Collaborate with state-side analytics and reporting teams to ensure alignment with enterprise reporting standards.
- Support quarterly business reviews with data-backed summaries highlighting performance improvements and risks.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, validating inputs and resolving discrepancies.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or sales analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant datasets.
- Proven ability to convert data into actionable insights impacting business outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail, structured thinking, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
