Key Responsibilities
- Review legal documentation such as ISDAs, CSA, F&O, and OTC agreements for completeness and accuracy.
- Input key parameters from legal documents into internal reference data systems efficiently.
- Identify discrepancies or issues and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance operating frameworks and streamline processes.
- Support regional Legal Operations Department and stakeholders in agreement negotiation and transaction processes.
- Deliver high-quality outputs consistently, meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Adapt to flexible shifts and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in derivatives master agreements and trade-related documentation within investment banking or law firms.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives legal documents, including ISDA and CSA agreements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Graduation in any discipline; degrees in Law or Commerce are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
