Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – Change Management Operate, you will:
- Lead and execute change management deliverables such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and communications.
- Develop stakeholder maps, change logs, and adoption dashboards for client programs.
- Drive readiness activities (surveys, focus groups, interviews) and analyze data for insights.
- Deliver high-quality presentations, reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Support communication and learning campaigns (newsletters, FAQs, guides, digital collateral).
- Track and report KPIs such as adoption, sentiment, and training completion.
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Agile CM).
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with engagement managers to ensure on-time, impactful execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Engineering, HR, Business, Psychology, etc.).
- 3–5 years of experience in change management, transformation programs, HR, or organizational development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prepare client-ready deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook).
Good to Have:
- Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.
- Experience with large-scale ERP/digital transformations (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, Miro, MS Teams.
- Exposure to global clients and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Experience with survey/data collection tools (MS Forms, Qualtrics).
- Ability to generate insights using Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
- Exposure to digital design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
