Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Reporting Team Lead at JP Morgan, you will:

  • Lead regulatory reporting processes including MiFID II, CFTC, EMIR, HKMA, MAS & SEC requirements.
  • Manage both Run the Bank (RTB) and Change the Bank (CTB) functions.
  • Deliver automation and process improvement using Intelligent Automation (IA) tools.
  • Provide ad-hoc data support to business teams and senior management.
  • Handle exception management and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), FSLA’s, and IAS charters up to date.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory accuracy.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
  • Drive new reporting requirements and change management projects independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to private banking, reporting, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel and Access for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, Python, UIPath, Tableau.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting accuracy.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving results in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in business consultancy or financial services advisory.
  • Experience with management information reporting and regulatory operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
