About the Role
The Global EWO Operations Lead is responsible for:
- Leading the EWO Manila team to support EY’s global EWM program.
- Operational governance, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence for incoming requests, queries, and issues from contingent workers, clients, suppliers, and candidates.
- Identifying process and technology improvement opportunities and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Scaling EWO resources for additional country deployments and ensuring operational coverage aligns with the strategic EWF roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Operate:
- Assist the Global EWO Lead with service delivery model, service catalog, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
- Monitor team workload and performance; act as point of escalation and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Improve:
- Manage productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on operational data and stakeholder feedback.
- Propose and implement process and technology enhancements.
Innovate:
- Lead development of External Workforce dashboards for actionable reporting and analytics.
Educate:
- Champion global operating model and educate users on policies and processes.
- Facilitate community calls to share knowledge and drive adoption.
Lead & Support:
- Oversee, coach, and mentor Manila team members.
- Promote strong team environment and ensure training on systems and processes.
- Maintain Operations Manuals and ensure regular updates.
Manage Stakeholders & Projects:
- Build engagement plans, communicate proactively, and manage growth of function while maintaining quality.
- Participate in operational calls, ad hoc projects, and budget management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent discipline.
- Proven experience managing processes influencing contingent workforce.
- Demonstrated people leadership and ability to grow and manage teams.
- Experience with contingent labor vendor management systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, etc.).
- Strong track record of operational excellence, process improvement, and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
