Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site security leads across Mumbai, NCR, and Bengaluru to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Vendor Oversight: Supervise security providers, monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Oversee India PSSS financial RUN and INVEST budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and spend alignment.
- Incident Leadership: Serve as India Incident Leader, coordinating crisis management exercises and real-world incident responses.
- Security Awareness & Training: Plan and implement security and safety awareness programs across all India offices.
- Audits & Compliance: Oversee all internal and external audits, ensuring no lapses in security standards or procedures.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Regularly review and update physical security SOPs to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Onboarding & M&A Support: Ensure secure onboarding of new offices and colleagues, and manage security during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- Investigations: Support or lead investigations as directed, coordinating with Global Head of Investigations when needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with emergency services, local authorities, and cross-functional teams to enhance security operations.
- Metrics & Reporting: Compile pan-India security metrics, maintain dashboards, and report on CPS function effectiveness.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in corporate and physical security operations.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, access control, and CCTV systems (Lenel, Avigilon preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in corporate security, safety management, and incident response.
- Prior experience managing multi-location security teams and vendors is highly preferred.
