Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of personnel, assets, buildings, and perimeter through active patrolling, access control, and surveillance monitoring.
- Greet staff, guests, and vendors courteously while remaining observant and vigilant.
- Respond promptly to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergencies, managing disorderly conduct or incidents effectively.
- Maintain company reputation through professionalism, adherence to policies, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with security team members for coordinated protection and coverage.
- Control and monitor surveillance equipment, conduct building and equipment inspections, and ensure proper security protocols.
- Guard access points, permit or deny entry, manage trespassers, and control heavy traffic during business hours.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities and take appropriate lawful action as per corporate policy.
- Complete daily reports detailing observations, incidents, and surveillance footage.
- Oversee administrative processes at the facility, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Operate security equipment and software systems, ensuring proficiency and adaptability.
