Key Responsibilities

As a Bid Administrator (Bid Assistant), you will:

  • Build and maintain a knowledge library aligned with Mott MacDonald’s Energy WIN Knowledge Hub.
  • Collect, organize, and archive information and data assets for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for internal users.
  • Support the knowledge management cycle, including:
    • Creating and updating databases, repositories, and catalogues.
    • Applying metadata, tags, and categories for efficient document organization.
    • Performing quality checks and validation of information.
    • Providing user support and training for accessing the Win Site.
    • Identifying and addressing gaps in the knowledge base.
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments.

Required Skills & Competencies

To succeed as a Bid Administrator at Mott MacDonald, you should have:
