Key Responsibilities
As a SAP Solution Architect – Manager, you will:
- Demonstrate deep SAP solution expertise and industry knowledge to maintain credibility with clients.
- Support RFx completion for customer proposals and RFPs.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope projects, and define SAP solutions aligned to business goals.
- Design innovative solution architectures across multiple SAP functional workstreams (e.g., EWM, FICO, SD, SF, Ariba, Customer, IBP).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Delivery Managers, Account Managers, client partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide proof points and success stories to highlight EY’s SAP capabilities.
- Apply knowledge of methodologies like Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, and industry best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other IT systems in the client landscape.
- Deliver high-quality solution documentation, proposals, and presentations to clients.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 7–11 years in SAP solution delivery and/or business development.
- Expertise: SAP S/4HANA and exposure to multiple functional areas (EWM, FICO, SD, SF, Ariba, IBP).
- Business Development: Minimum 2 years of BD experience in SAP solutions and delivery.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP integrations, methodologies, and IT landscapes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, client engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mindset: Innovative thinking, quick learning, and the ability to work effectively with onsite/offshore teams.
