Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Lead Architect at BCG Platinion, you will:
- Define and implement Salesforce strategies and architectures across industries.
- Lead Salesforce solution design using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds, and custom applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, Data Lakes, CBS, LMS, Tableau, Kafka, and cloud platforms.
- Build secure, scalable Salesforce apps using LWC, Apex, and Flow Builder.
- Provide guidance on build vs. buy, single-org vs. multi-org, and DevOps practices.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions, and manage expectations.
- Drive business development and sales opportunities within target industries.
- Lead project teams, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and CRM innovations.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–14 years of IT architecture and Salesforce project leadership.
- Strong expertise in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect).
- Proven success delivering Salesforce solutions for 5–10 clients across industries.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, Data, Analytics, and Cloud ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of CRM markets and competitors (MS Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as required for client projects.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Salesforce Architect-level certifications (mandatory).
