Key Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements from clients or BAs to determine CRM needs.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce applications.
- Code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) following best practices.
- Participate in end-to-end Salesforce project development including deployment, testing, and support.
- Perform unit testing to ensure stability and functionality of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by QA or client teams across SDLC phases.
- Document solutions and provide technical knowledge transfer (KT) and training.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs) like security, compliance, and data integrity are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce project development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer & App Builder Certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery standards.
Educational Qualifications
- Required: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (Full-time degree)
