Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain revenue reporting for front office sales, including team and individual scorecards.
• Prepare business review presentations, offsite materials, and townhall reports for senior management.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system migrations and process improvements.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, including quarterly revenue analysis under tight deadlines.
• Analyze client profitability and provide actionable insights to management.
• Engage in transformation initiatives by leveraging Alteryx, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including P&A, technology, and lines of business, to ensure accurate and effective reporting.
• Maintain and update sales reference data and controls to guarantee accurate revenue tracking.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with sales managers, regional leads, and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, P&A, or reporting roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong technical and analytical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze multiple datasets, synthesize information, and produce actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented, inquisitive, and capable of building strong internal partnerships.
