Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth installation of Dealer Tinting Systems (Colour Worlds).
- Provide consistent after-sales service and technical support.
- Monitor performance of service providers and suggest innovative improvements.
- Manage and coordinate the work of agencies handling installation and maintenance.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and installations.
- Act as a key liaison between dealers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality and timely service delivery in line with Asian Paints standards.
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, and DOS.
- Analytical mindset to identify service gaps and provide solutions.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including dealers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proactive approach toward system development and process optimization.
- Good team player with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (First Class).
- Preferred experience: 1 to 3 years in front-line servicing/co-ordination roles, especially in consumer electronics or white goods.
- Freshers with strong aptitude and potential will also be considered.
- Male candidates preferred.
