🚀 Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Monitor daily updates on Paint Assist app for activities and business collections.
- Ensure timely visits and follow-ups to new sites by Customer and Sales Associates.
- Track onboarding/updating of Customer Associates and Sales Associates.
- Conduct in-store and onsite training for new team members.
Dealer & Customer Management
- Approve business entries post validation and process adherence.
- Conduct random site visits to ensure correct application processes and timely site handovers.
- Manage and escalate customer complaints effectively.
- Ensure active participation in contractor training programs.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead Customer Associates and Sales Associates to deliver process compliance and sales targets.
- Prepare periodic reports such as index sheets and business performance reports.
- Integrate efforts with Retail, Services, Commercial, and Marketing functions for lead sharing and support.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Diligence in process adherence and business app usage.

🎓 Qualifications
Essential:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS).
- Minimum 50% marks across education, no backlogs.
- Full-time graduation only.
- Non-engineering background (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/B.Pharma not accepted).
Desired:
- MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing.
