Responsibilities
As a Project Planner at Siemens Aurangabad, your role will include:
- Coordinating complex project implementations with national and international partners.
- Supporting negotiations with subcontractors alongside commercial project managers.
- Establishing and monitoring project schedules, man-hour budgets, and progress forecasts.
- Analyzing project status versus baseline schedules and recommending corrective actions.
- Developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded baseline schedules.
- Preparing project reports, progress updates, and slide packs for management reviews.
- Evaluating project status against milestones and ensuring delivery within scope and budget.
- Identifying risks, potential delays, and preparing recovery plans.
- Exploring additional business opportunities during project implementation.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Electronics).
- 6–8 years of project planning and scheduling experience.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the Railway Domain (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (PPM & EPPM) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Project Server/Online; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English).
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, with experience in multicultural teams.
