Responsibilities
As a Project Planner at Siemens Mobility, your role will involve:
- Coordinating complex project implementations with national and international partners.
- Supporting subcontractor negotiations alongside the commercial project manager.
- Establishing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Analyzing and forecasting project progress against baseline schedules.
- Developing integrated, resource-loaded baseline schedules for forecasting.
- Preparing and delivering progress reports, updates, and productivity data.
- Ensuring all project objectives are achieved within budget and schedule.
- Identifying critical issues, recommending recovery plans, and updating forecasts.
- Exploring additional business opportunities during project execution.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (PPM & EPPM) and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Project Server/Online and Power BI (preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environments.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
- 6–8 years’ proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
- At least 2 years of recent railway domain experience.
