Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will:
- Define, organize, and achieve technical and financial project goals.
- Implement policies, guidelines, processes, and project tools.
- Deliver projects with a focus on quality, profitability, cost, and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, production, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage design approvals, prototype deliveries, testing & commissioning, and contract closure.
- Drive customer engagement and stakeholder management for seamless project execution.
- Ensure EHS compliance, site coordination, and regulatory standards.
- Provide inputs to sales and bid teams for competitive proposals.
- Oversee warranty management, vendor evaluation, and project governance reviews.
- Support team development with focus on leadership, collaboration, and consultative skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE/BTech – Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in industrial project management.
- Proven ability to manage rolling stock, electrification systems, and automation projects.
- Strong expertise in Fiber, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Biofuels, or Marine industry applications.
- Hands-on experience with LV/HT Systems, Siemens Drives & Automation, PCS 7 Process Control Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of risk management, contract management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and a proactive attitude.
