As a Principal Architect at BCG Platinion, you will lead enterprise architecture solutions, define target architecture building blocks, and guide clients through large-scale digital transformation, cloud adoption, and microservices modernization. You’ll collaborate with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and global technology teams to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver enterprise architecture solutions for BFSI clients.
- Define target architecture across digital enablers, applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, microservices, and security.
- Evaluate options – Reuse vs. Buy vs. Build – and define conceptual solution architectures.
- Prioritize recommendations to maximize business value.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, including milestones and cost-benefit analysis.
- Recommend Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices for modern delivery.
- Create and present executive-level technology recommendations.
- Manage vendor selection, governance, and implementation oversight.
- Build and manage senior client relationships with CXOs and technology leaders.
- Define operating models, org structures, and engineering best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture consulting (BFSI preferred).
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent EA frameworks.
- Expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies (Lakehouse, Microservices, API-first).
- Previous roles as Technology Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Cloud Architect.
- Experience in digital transformation (strategy & implementation).
- Deep understanding of Banking, Insurance, and NBFC technology ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Core Banking, PAS, LOS, LMS products.
- Familiarity with modern mobility stacks, DevOps, and security-first design.
- Strong interpersonal, client engagement, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
