Summary

Join EY (Ernst & Young) as an Organizational Change Management Transformation Manager in Bengaluru, and help global clients navigate large-scale transformation and change management initiatives. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with 12–15+ years in consulting, program management, and business transformation.
As part of the EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Advisory Services (PAS) team, you’ll work on high-impact transformation projects that redefine the way organizations operate, leveraging your expertise in change management, process improvement, and agile delivery to create measurable business value.

About the Role

As a Transformation Manager within EY GDS PAS, you will lead complex change and transformation programs for global clients. You’ll partner with business initiative leaders and engagement teams to design, execute, and sustain impactful transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational change and transformation programs across global client environments.
• Apply program, process, and change management best practices to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to manage transformation roadmaps and ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct process assessments and diagnostics, providing actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and global project teams.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to build internal transformation capabilities.
• Develop methodologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance EY’s transformation offerings.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, stakeholder interviews, and communication plans.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Proven expertise in Program Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prosci, Lean, BPR, Waterfall).
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in global consulting environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, ADO, AHA, Microsoft Planner).
• Skilled in data-driven decision making using Power BI, Spotfire, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• High levels of integrity, adaptability, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, Agile, or Prosci.
• 12–15+ years of experience leading large-scale change management or transformation initiatives.
