Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Workday Adaptive Planning, you will:
- Implement and configure budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning.
- Translate financial and workforce models into Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Provide technical guidance across design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain Adaptive Planning certification and stay updated on the latest releases.
- Enhance Deloitte’s Adaptive Planning product offerings and contribute to innovation.
- Lead client engagements while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Skills & Competencies
- Adaptive Planning certification (mandatory).
- 7+ years of experience, including at least one full-cycle Adaptive Planning implementation.
- Strong background in financial or management accounting.
- Experience with Workday Financials (preferred).
- Proven ability in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
