Summary

Deloitte India is seeking an experienced Manager in Treasury and Finance Transformation to lead treasury operations, cash and liquidity management, and risk optimization projects for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for professionals with 6–10 years of experience in treasury consulting, Kyriba implementation, and finance transformation, who can deliver end-to-end treasury solutions, streamline operations, and provide strategic financial insights to CFOs and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury transformation projects, including cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management initiatives.
• Conduct Kyriba implementation, including functional blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support.
• Perform Treasury Process Transformation: optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices.
• Design and implement Treasury Operating Models (TOM) aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage Treasury Technology Implementation: RFP drafting, solution selection, technical deployment, and training.
• Support Supply Chain Finance solutions: factoring, reverse factoring, PO financing, and cash flow optimization.
• Lead Post-Merger Integration (PMI) for treasury functions, including governance and integration planning.
• Provide Treasury Operate services, standardizing and managing treasury operations for enterprise clients.
• Conduct training workshops, client sessions, and solution design workshops.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex treasury designs and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory Kyriba Certification across deal capture, risk, valuations, hedge accounting, connectivity, payments, and Bank API modules.
• Expertise in cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, payment management, financial transactions, and risk management.
• Experience with treasury system implementation including functional blueprinting, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of fraud management, FX, and advanced balance sheet management.

Professional Experience:

• 6–10 years in treasury consulting or industry treasury roles.
• End-to-end Kyriba implementation experience.
• Exposure to consulting methodologies, treasury transformation frameworks, and industry-leading tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and provide innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
