Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in execution of transaction diligence projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor, train, and guide junior team members to enhance their capabilities.
- Specialize in one or two industry sectors, providing sector-specific insights and solutions.
- Support business development and contribute to proposals or client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical, executional, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and delivering high-quality client-ready outputs.
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and GenAI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and transaction diligence processes.
Qualifications
- CA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent with relevant finance/transaction experience.
- 6–10 years of experience in transaction diligence, advisory, or related finance roles.
- Proven experience in leading project teams and client engagements.
