Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence (FDD) projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, while managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of target businesses and their financial drivers.
- Analyze historical financials, cash flows, balance sheets, and business projections.
- Identify key risks, value drivers, and deal considerations for clients.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables for internal and client use.
- Work on a variety of transactions including cross-border M&A, IPOs, and refinancing deals.
- Collaborate with multinational teams and cross-service line experts to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Assist clients ranging from large corporates, private equity investors, to owner-managed businesses.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA (International) qualification.
- Strong transaction advisory or financial due diligence experience.
- Excellent report writing, reviewing, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic deal environments.
