Key Responsibilities
As an EY Manager – Tech Consulting (Enterprise Architecture), you will:
- Lead Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy, design, and implementation.
- Define and maintain IT/technology architecture models aligned with business needs.
- Research and recommend ICT solutions for banking and financial institutions.
- Manage and govern enterprise IT/technology architecture activities.
- Develop architecture blueprints, service catalogues, and IT operating models.
- Participate in RFP processes, vendor selection, and IT strategy roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate risks in IT/technology architecture implementation.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and technology updates across teams.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and architecture working groups.
- Direct architecture-related activities for core banking, retail banking, payments, ERP, and insurance systems.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
- Expertise in IT strategy, IT operating models, and IT process improvement.
- Experience with application portfolio rationalization, IT cost optimization, and sourcing advisory.
- Exposure to retail banking, core banking, payments, and financial technology systems.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
Required:
- 12–16 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and IT advisory services.
- 7–8 years of domain experience in banking/financial services/insurance technology.
- MBA/M.Tech or equivalent advanced degree.
- TOGAF certification (mandatory).
Preferred:
- Experience managing public sector IT projects, vendor selection, and RFPs.
- Prior exposure to ERP, core banking platforms, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
