Key Responsibilities
As a Strategy & Business Design Manager, you will:
- Lead strategy engagements from scoping through delivery across global markets.
- Conduct evidence-based analysis to inform M&A, growth, and transformation strategies.
- Apply strategy frameworks to develop actionable client recommendations.
- Drive cross-border collaboration with Deloitte teams in the UK, Canada, and other regions.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure seamless project communication.
- Develop business and commercial models that support client objectives.
- Guide clients through digital transformation and strategic change initiatives.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to practice growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 6–12 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, M&A Advisory, or Corporate Strategy.
- Proven track record in one or more industries: TMT, Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Products.
- Expertise in developing and presenting data-backed strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing client-facing strategy projects and multicultural teams.
- Flexibility to travel for client engagements (domestic and international).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a top-tier institution.
- Experience in digital transformation, innovation strategy, or business model redesign.
- Exposure to global consulting environments and cross-border engagements.
