Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – SAP PMO, you will:
- Lead SAP project planning, execution, and monitoring across enterprise programs.
- Implement PMO governance, reporting, and project tracking frameworks to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, functional teams, and technology stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers.
- Ensure adherence to SAP program methodologies, standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SAP PMO processes, program governance, and project delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP modules.
- Experience in resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SAP projects simultaneously and ensure delivery excellence.
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall project methodologies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP project management or PMO roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP programs and projects.
Preferred:
- SAP certifications or project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or enterprise SAP implementations.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and program governance.
