Key Responsibilities
As a SAP FICO Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading SAP FICO implementation projects from planning through execution.
- Managing teams of 10–15 consultants to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
- Driving end-to-end project delivery across at least 4–5 full SAP FICO projects.
- Providing functional expertise in SAP FICO including financial accounting, controlling, and CIN.
- Overseeing integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules for smooth cross-functional processes.
- Applying knowledge of Indian taxation (CIN) and working with Indian clients.
- Utilizing SAP S/4 HANA expertise to drive digital transformation.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (Tier 1/2 institutes preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant consulting or management experience in SAP FICO.
- At least 4–5 full-cycle end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.
- Strong CIN knowledge and prior work with Indian clients.
- Experience in SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for client engagements.
Preferred:
- S/4 HANA project experience.
- Domain expertise in financial and controlling processes.
- Strong consulting mindset with problem-solving and leadership skills.
