Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP CO modules, including Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Conduct cost variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial reporting using SAP tools.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve business performance.
- Lead SAP CO implementation, optimization, and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage hybrid delivery models and oversee engagement quality, timelines, and risks.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree: MBA, BBA, BSc, MSc, BCom, BE/BTech.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in management, consulting, or SAP CO implementation.
- Strong expertise in SAP CO modules, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for short- and long-term client assignments.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
