Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and lead pursuits across industries for organization transformation advisory.
- Support Deloitte’s key account strategy and drive focus on critical accounts.
- Craft compelling value propositions and represent Deloitte’s perspective in client forums.
Client Delivery
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in organization transformation and design.
- Drive execution excellence across frameworks, processes, and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants.
- Develop and refine change management strategies aligned with client culture.
- Manage and expand senior client relationships.
Thought Leadership
- Contribute research, insights, and thought leadership in organization design and transformation.
- Collaborate with Deloitte’s global network to contextualize global capabilities for the Indian market.
Practice & Team Management
- Lead teams of consultants on projects and people management initiatives.
- Ensure delivery excellence while managing risk and quality.
