Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software engineering teams, providing daily guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
- Set overall team expectations for output, collaboration, and best practices.
- Anticipate and manage dependencies across teams to ensure timely delivery of products and applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
- Proven leadership of technical teams, including mentoring and coaching software engineers.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology transformation projects with distributed systems.
- Track record of hiring, developing, and recognizing top talent within technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Spark or similar distributed technologies.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks).
- Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems and cloud-native development.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
