As part of EY’s GDS Consulting – Digital Engineering team, you will design and implement sustainability-driven solutions, leveraging Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Power BI, and Azure to help global clients track, manage, and optimize their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

Key Responsibilities
As an MSM Architect (Manager) at EY, you will:
- Design and implement sustainability solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Oversee technical architecture for MSM and ESG data systems
- Identify gaps between chosen technologies and target state, recommending solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Managed Services, Alliances) to deliver integrated solutions
- Create sales and delivery collateral, methods, and knowledge resources
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions
Microsoft Sustainability Manager & ESG Data
- Configure and customize MSM solutions for emissions, waste, water, and ESG metrics
- Develop automation routines for data ingestion and transformation
- Integrate MSM with other enterprise data platforms
- Stay updated on ESG regulations and reporting standards
Power BI & Data Modelling
- Build insightful dashboards for ESG performance tracking
- Design data models to capture ESG data from multiple sources
- Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks and maintain data lineage
- Define and analyze KPIs for ESG goals, delivering data-driven insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–14 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or ESG-focused roles
- 3+ years in data architecture/analytics within sustainability or ESG domain
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages)
- Strong experience with Dynamics CRM/365, Azure Synapse, ADF, Azure Functions
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX scripting) for advanced analytics
- Proven ability to manage large, complex change management programs with global stakeholders
- Strong data modeling, solution design, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting or professional services background
- Experience in go-to-market solution design
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to operate independently and lead cross-functional teams
