About the Opportunity
EY’s Markets – CBS – C&I – BD & CE Leadership team helps drive firm-wide revenue growth and client engagement by aligning EY’s services with strategic business priorities. In this Manager-level position, you will be responsible for designing and executing business development strategies, enabling cross-sector collaboration, and leading initiatives in Consumer Products, Retail, Agriculture, Pharma, and Healthcare markets.
You’ll work closely with executive management to identify growth drivers, lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and strengthen EY’s competitive positioning in India’s mid-market space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement business development (BD) and client engagement (CE) initiatives for the CHS sector.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify priority growth areas and strategic solutions.
- Conceptualize and execute nationwide marketing and go-to-market campaigns.
- Monitor firm revenue, sales pipeline, and business performance, and prepare detailed management reports.
- Support executive management in developing GTM materials, presentations, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with EY’s global service lines—Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax—to create cohesive client solutions.
- Drive innovation in market enablement programs through data-driven insights and sector-specific intelligence.
Technical Excellence
- Proven sales and business development experience in mid-market Consumer Products and Pharma sectors (CPR/Pharma).
- Strong understanding of market trends, client acquisition strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage complex business operations.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Education: MBA and B.Tech (from a recognized institution).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or market enablement, preferably within Consumer Products, Retail, or Healthcare sectors.
