Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Global Transfer Pricing, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading benchmarking projects across multiple databases and driving results independently.
- Designing and maintaining process maps/checklists to ensure consistent quality in deliverables.
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating transfer pricing reports for global clients.
- Managing multiple global documentation projects with efficient project management practices.
- Monitoring and analyzing tax legislation and regulations to recommend transfer pricing strategies.
- Supporting clients on transfer pricing planning, financial analyses, and contract reviews.
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Conducting quantitative analysis and modeling for tax planning and policy-setting projects.
- Overseeing resource allocation, team utilization, and mentoring junior staff.
- Supporting invoicing, billing, and compliance with engagement and independence requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- M.Sc. in Economics / MBA Finance from a reputed institute.
- 6–8 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or related fields.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing concepts, benchmarking, and compliance.
- Knowledge of global tax regulations and documentation standards.
- Experience with financial analysis, MIS reporting, and process design.
