Deloitte India is seeking a Manager – Finance Transformation in the Strategy & Operations (S&O) practice based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on finance strategy, process re-engineering, and enterprise performance improvement, helping clients transform their finance operations using technology-enabled solutions, operating model optimization, and performance management tools. The ideal candidate will have 5–12 years of experience in finance consulting or advisory, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end client engagements. Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation & Strategy

• Lead finance transformation projects by analyzing client operations, gathering data, and recommending improvements
• Advise CFOs and finance executives on enterprise-wide strategies, operating models, and stakeholder management
• Develop and implement finance transformation roadmaps, including process redesign, technology adoption, and performance management

Business Process Re-engineering

• Assess and streamline finance processes to enable cost-effective operations
• Standardize reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
• Implement fast close and reporting solutions to optimize month-end closing cycles

Value Engineering & Performance Improvement

• Define and implement KPIs and performance measures to align finance operations with business strategy
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support decision-making
• Drive technology-enabled improvements using BPM and Enterprise Performance Management tools

Client & Team Leadership

• Manage end-to-end client engagements and programs, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Mentor and lead teams to build high-performing finance transformation capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions and strategic insights

Skills & Competencies

• Strong consulting or advisory experience in finance transformation, operations, or strategy
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex client engagements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Expertise in finance technologies, BPM tools, and enterprise performance management software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities

Qualifications

• CA (preferably qualified on 1st attempt with strong articleship) or MBA in Finance from a premium institute
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in finance consulting, advisory, or industry roles
• Prior experience in managing client engagements, process re-engineering, and finance transformation initiatives

Location & Way of Working

• Base Location: Bengaluru (Other locations: Delhi, Mumbai)
• Extensive travel may be required based on client engagements
