Key Responsibilities
Cyber Risk & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDA, and other IT/IS regulatory guidelines for banks and financial institutions.
- Implement and monitor ISO 27001 security standards across client systems.
- Develop structured processes for continuous regulatory compliance monitoring.
Audit & Assessment Support
- Collaborate with client teams to provide evidence and support internal/external audits.
- Draft actionable recommendations and remediation plans for identified audit findings.
- Generate and review cyber risk reports and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Interact with senior client members (SVP-level executives) and internal stakeholders across departments.
- Deliver presentations, conduct workshops, and provide insights for cyber risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in cybersecurity risk and compliance domains.
Travel & Engagement
- Periodically travel across Mumbai and Hyderabad for client meetings, presentations, and report discussions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; advanced certifications in Cybersecurity, ISO 27001, or Risk Management preferred.
- Experience: 5–10 years in cybersecurity, IT compliance, or regulatory risk management.
- Strong understanding of banking IT regulations (RBI), SEBI, IRDA, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work independently or in teams.
