Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage capital markets and customer lifecycle management projects.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, creating BRDs, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Support legacy system decommissioning projects, ensuring smooth business readiness and transitions.
- Track and report project status, risks, and UAT results to stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel, JIRA, and Confluence for requirement tracking and project documentation.
Skills & Expertise
- 7–10 years of Business Analysis / Project Management experience in capital markets or financial services.
- Strong requirement gathering, process documentation, and test scenario writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across global teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in legacy system decommissioning.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and risk management in financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 7–10 years of experience in financial services project management / business analysis.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
