Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Conversational AI, you will:
- Design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions using platforms like Kore.ai, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, and MS Bot Framework.
- Develop, fine-tune, and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems for real-world use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—business analysts, developers, and conversational designers—to create human-like interactions.
- Integrate AI-driven chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Optimize bot performance, prompt engineering, and NLP tuning.
- Stay updated with the latest in AI research and share best practices across teams.
- Mentor junior AI developers and lead innovation in the field of generative AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–10 years of hands-on experience in Conversational AI, LLMs, or Generative AI development.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Strong background in AI frameworks such as Kore.ai, AWS Lex, Dialogflow, and MS Bot Framework.
- Proven experience developing and deploying GPT-based AI models or equivalents (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, LLAMA).
- Deep understanding of transfer learning, pre-training techniques, and RESTful API development using FastAPI.
- Experience with prompt engineering for few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical ideas for diverse stakeholders.
