Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & GCP Management
- Design, implement, and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments for enterprise clients.
- Deploy and maintain compute, networking, storage, and database services on GCP.
- Lead containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE), Helm charts, and autoscaling.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and GitOps practices.
- Ensure security, compliance, and DevSecOps integration within cloud and CMS deployments.
CMS & Process Automation
- Design, develop, and deploy CMS solutions and automated workflows using core automation principles.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CMS processes, resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Document solution design, testing procedures, and production deployment instructions.
- Collaborate with process owners and business teams to map “as-is” and design “to-be” automation flows.
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud infrastructure and CMS engineers.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions within timelines.
- Participate in workshops, code reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
- Drive adoption of best practices, standards, and governance for cloud and CMS environments.
Required Skills
- 9-13 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, GCP, and DevOps.
- Strong hands-on expertise in GCP compute, networking, storage, databases, and management tools.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (GKE), Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and container security.
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform) and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Google Professional Certifications: Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer.
- Experience in DevSecOps practices, security integration in CI/CD, and cloud-native monitoring.
- Familiarity with source code management (GitHub/Bitbucket) and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Prior experience with enterprise CMS and workflow automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant GCP certifications preferred.
Location and Work Model
- Base location: Bengaluru (other Deloitte India locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad).
- Hybrid working model with occasional client site visits.
