Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Business Modelling at EY Noida, you will:
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality business modelling and valuation services.
- Build, review, and validate financial models for M&A transactions, project feasibility, corporate restructuring, and strategic planning.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Identify modelling risks, propose enhancements, and ensure compliance with EY’s quality standards.
- Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance team capability.
- Manage client relationships and help secure repeat business through exceptional delivery.
- Collaborate with global EY SaT and VME teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Proven experience in financial modelling and valuation in Excel/VBA.
- Knowledge of programming tools like R or Python for advanced modelling preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, investment analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry expertise in Industrials, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Private Equity, or Banking is a plus.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, valuation, or corporate finance roles.
- Experience with valuation firms, consulting practices, or investment banking preferred.
- Progress toward a CFA/FRM/PRM/PMP designation is advantageous.
