Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Lead BCP/DR consulting engagements across industries.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Assessments (RA) to identify critical processes and risks.
- Develop Business Continuity Plans, IT Disaster Recovery Plans, and Crisis Management strategies.
- Implement BCM programs aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
- Facilitate BCP/DR testing exercises including simulations, tabletop drills, and technical recovery tests.
- Deliver awareness and training programs to client stakeholders.
Project & Practice Management
- Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
- Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership, methodologies, and BCP/DR frameworks.
- Stay updated on industry regulations (RBI, SEBI, etc.) and emerging resilience trends.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and guide project teams.
- Drive collaboration and ensure high-quality client delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Proven expertise in ISO 22301 implementation/certification.
- Strong understanding of BCM/DR lifecycle, BIAs, RAs, testing methodologies, and plan development.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cloud-based DR, replication, and backup technologies.
- Experience with banking, financial services, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with BCM software tools (Fusion Risk Management, Archer, Assurance CM).
- Master’s degree or advanced certifications.
