About the Role
As a Manager in Business Consulting Risk, you will:
- Lead client engagements and supervise project delivery.
- Identify risk management opportunities across enterprise, technology, and financial services domains.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including buyers, influencers, and key decision-makers.
- Drive business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, cross-selling, and client expansion.
- Oversee engagement planning, team deployment, and periodic review of work products.
- Ensure timely invoicing and actively follow up on collections.
- Prepare management and audit committee presentations to communicate key findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development on new and existing client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple service lines.
- Identify and capture opportunities for cross-selling EY services.
- Plan and manage client engagements with the right team and skill sets.
- Review engagement status, deliverables, and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor billing, collections, and engagement profitability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University undergraduate degree; post-graduation preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in risk management, consulting, or financial services.
- Proven experience in business development, client engagement, and team management.
