Key Responsibilities
As a Manager in FAAS, you will:
- Develop custom applications and automation solutions using Python, .NET, or Java to support accounting and financial processes.
- Collaborate with audit and finance teams to deliver technical solutions in accounting advisory projects.
- Support IFRS / US GAAP conversion and financial reporting automation initiatives.
- Drive technology-enabled assurance solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on technical and advisory projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement innovative solutions for accounting and finance challenges.
Skills and Attributes
- Qualification: Certification in Python / Java / .NET.
- Experience: 5–7 years in software development or programming in Python, .NET, or Java.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions for assurance and advisory projects.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
