Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations for demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimization projects.
- Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
- Conduct workshops to capture end-to-end business processes and translate them into effective solution designs.
- Manage solution delivery including project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and on-time project execution.
- Oversee configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for client solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to EY’s growth initiatives.
- Prepare and review project documentation, functional specifications, layouts, and reports.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep understanding of demand planning, forecasting, promotion planning, and consensus demand planning.
- Expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response configuration, testing, and workbook development.
- Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems and data warehouses (inbound/outbound interfaces, workflows, queries).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related domain.
- Experience: 11–16 years in supply chain consulting, planning, or operations with proven Kinaxis Rapid Response expertise.
- Technical Skills: Planning Engine knowledge, hierarchy setup, control table configuration, scenario planning, data modeling, ERP integration.
- Certifications: Kinaxis Rapid Response Author or Contributor certification (preferred).
Desirable:
- Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations, logistics, and vendor management.
- Track record of engaging with IT and business stakeholders to drive UAT, programming execution, and future state planning.
