Responsibilities
As an IT Architect at BCG Platinion, you will:
- Design and deliver enterprise architecture solutions for BFSI clients.
- Define architecture across channels, applications, cloud, data, integration, microservices, and security.
- Conduct Reuse vs. Buy vs. Build analysis and create conceptual solution architectures.
- Develop implementation roadmaps with milestones, cost-benefit analysis, and delivery priorities.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including legacy modernization and microservices migration.
- Recommend DevSecOps and Agile practices for faster, secure delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology.
- Present technology recommendations to senior executives in a clear, compelling manner.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 5–8 years’ experience in enterprise architecture for BFSI clients.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF frameworks, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in application portfolio rationalization and legacy modernization.
- Expertise in Lakehouse Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Martech Stack (CDP, CMS, Adtech, Campaign Management).
- Hands-on knowledge of core banking, PAS, LOS, LMS products and BFSI processes.
- Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP highly preferred.
- Prior roles as Technology Consultant, Enterprise Architect, or Cloud Architect.
- Familiarity with DevOps, mobility stacks, and emerging BFSI technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BTech/MTech) in Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are an advantage.
