Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and convert technical project requirements into detailed engineering deliverables under guidance.
- Act as a document checker for assigned technical documents.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Conduct pre- and post-order vendor document reviews for assigned packages/items.
- Lead engineering and design of instrumentation packages involving multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate squad checks and inter-discipline reviews for departmental engineering outputs.
- Identify input requirements from other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Provide engineering inputs to designers for preparing instrumentation construction drawings.
- Ensure quality checks as per departmental quality documents, internal work instructions, and company QMS.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems design.
- Ability to independently handle estimation engineering with guidance.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience interacting with vendors, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Technology (BTech).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with HAZOP / SIL studies.
- Coordination experience with Electrical (E&I Interface) and Process (P&I Interface) teams.
- Proactive team player with strong behavioral competencies.
